This heatsink is a section cut from extruded aluminum and is generally of good quality. Four screw bosses are run along the length of the extrusion and are tapped on one end. The edges are a little sharp and aluminum shards from the tapping process were present. The inward-facing fins would work well if you use those holes to mount a small fan. Then, airflow through the heatsink should do a good job of cooling your device. But I don’t think this configuration of heatsink is a good idea in any passively cooled application. The heatsink has a mass of 67 grams.

This is a solid feeling heatsink. I'm using this on an RF amplifier for a signal repeater I have on 27/7. The shape allowed for better airflow when adding in a fan. Love that it has pre-drilled slots for the screws.Not much else to say, it's a block of aluminum intended to dissipate heat and it does that well. Would recommend if you're looking for this.

先入観無しのレビューですがこの手の商品で見かけるアマゾン品質な一面が見られます。不具合や問題ではありません。日本製であれば出荷前の検査で「外観」項目ではねられるかな？の要素ですね。使用上の不具合ではありませんので大丈夫です。一方、大きな加点要素だったのは商品画像でファン取り付け用穴(ネジ用)らしきものがあったのですが、届いた現品を確認するとこれが更に M3 ネジ用のネジ切り加工がされていて涙ものでした。別途ネジの入手は必要ですが運用を検討する側にとっては選択のバリエーションが格段に広がると感じました。私の場合、これを利用して40mmサイズのファンも購入しマザーボード上のチップセット冷却用に運用しています。良い商品ですね。
