Well constructed and good fit for a 2x2 bar. I actually used this for another purpose, which worked well. I attached it to my zero turn lawnmower to attach a plow blade. Furthermore, I was able to push snow and some dirt mounds that needed leveling in the yard. The receiver hitch adapter held up to the constant push and pull. To make it fit with the supplied bolts, I had to add washers since the bolt threads were limiting. I do not know how it would hold up on a vehicle for a trailer hitch, but it does seem strong enough for other applications, and it did the job for me. PS, I ordered and returned another vendor's bumper hitch receiver because of a quarter inch gap inside the receiver. This one was perfect and fit snuggly.

mounted to bumper, in line with the bumper, to allow carrier to be placed and used as a table for grills and stove. Well built and easy to use. Had many other boondocking campers comment on the clever use and installation of this produt. With it in-line to my bumper, my carrier is on the door side of the travel trailer allowing it to function as a table for cooking grills.

Hole isn’t punched our weld is so rough inside a receiver won’t go in.

Bought two. Both have same quality issue. Receiver tubing has big nasty weld running the length that prevents standard size male piece from fitting.Lots of filing, but still won’t accept the male insert. They should of used seamless tubing like is standard for Made in USA receivers instead of going the cheap route.

Works great for what I do. I use it on the tractor and I add it to the back of a trailer to tow an additional trailer on the farm.

I needed to put more storage on the back of my camper. This fit the 4 inch bumper perfectly. There was no twisting, even when I put some weight on the storage rack.

Item arrived on time. Appears to be very well built for price. Only issue is weld on inside of tube but should not be problem, it might even hold receiver tighter.It looks like could be cleaned up easily enough with file or Dremel tool. Over all well worth buying.

I waited several months before writing my review because I wanted to provide an objective review about how well the ECOTRIC RV 2" Bumper Adaptor Deluxe RV Bumper Receiver Adapter is holding up to my demanding use.I live in a very rural location in my cabin on 24 acres. I'm always needing to pull heavy items into my 16 ft. tandem axel trailer so I decided to mount a 9,500 pound winch to the nose of the trailer to do the heavy pulling.I did a lot of research on receivers available on Amazon and finally decided to purchase this one. One of the things that swayed my decision is how rugged this hitch appeared to be designed. I wasn't disappointed when I received it and mounted it to my trailer.The base plates are thick, allowing me to really tighten the four through bolts with my impact driver. It does not slip when I'm pulling heavy items. The receiver is welded to the base plate very securely with reinforcements. For the price and excellent build, I must say that I'm very happy with my purchase.
