It is well made and the magnet is very strong, but the thing is a little too bulky for my taste. I ended up never using this. Might be good to use on a bag, but I meant to attach it to my pants or belt.

I’ve tried many other hands free options for our e collar remote and have had this one for a few months and it’s AMAZING. If you’re on the fence, just buy it. You will not be disappointed that you did!

This is the perfect tool to have your controls close by and you can hide it under clothing so the dog doesn’t see the device. The magnet is super strong!!

I'm returning this item because it keeps turning the e-collar on whenever the collar is next to the remote with this magnetic holster attached. Very annoying because it means the collar can turn on without you knowing it and drain the battery. Typically, you have to touch the red dot on the ecollar to the red dot on the remote for the collar to turn on. Now, with this magnetic holster attached to the remote, having the ecollar anywhere near the remote will just turn it on, even if the remote itself hasn't been turned on. I use the e-collar so much I can't afford to have to charge it more often than I do, otherwise I'd need a second collar to make sure I always have one available and ready. This is the main reason for my returning it, but a secondary reason is it's not as convenient as I thought. The magnet is so heavy (which is nice in one way - your remote isn't going to fall off as you walk around) that it can't sit comfortably on anything other than very thick pants or sweaters. Trying to wear this on your shorts waistband is just not going to work - it'll droop awkwardly. So in the summer when there's less bulky clothing to attach it to, it's really not a convenient way to carry the e-collar around.

My Catahoula Leopard Dog at 15 months is trained up and don't have to use the Educator at all on most walks and hikes. He goes off leash with me ever where, bank, Lowe's, Home Depot. But he minds better when he has his collar on, and I feel like I have control over anything that might distract him. This little magnet set up is wonderful, and not hanging around my neck. Securely attaches to Jackets, shirts, and pulls on an off with a twist. Thought it was pretty expensive, but glad I got it. I use daily with my Dog.

I'm very happy with this clip. I was using a lanyard, but when I walked it swung and bumped around constantly. I considered getting the belt clip, but I'm glad I went for this one instead. Although I found the price a little high, the convenience is worth it.Unlike a belt clip, you can literally attach this anywhere. For now I usually attach it to the outside of my jacket pocket. This way it is right there and accessible, without having to fish around in my pocket. It is right side up (unlike on the lanyard where it hangs upside down) and all I need to do is reach over and press whichever button I need. The magnets are super strong and the clip does not slip or move around. As a bonus, I now store clip, with transmitter attached, on my metal door, where is stays put securely.

Thing thing will hold your mini educator e-collar to anything! Very strong magnet and I love that I can snap it to my clothes or backpack and be hands free!

So excited for this! I have been using an educator ecollar for at least 5 months now and have had awesome success with it. The better the pup gets, the less I need it in my hand at all times during normal activities and the more I have started to stick it in a pocket or drop it in my purse.Do not out it in your purse!! It’s not handy when you actually really need it to provide a correction, and you run the risk of accidentally pushing a button.THIS is the solution I didn’t know I needed. Consulted the dog trainer and he sent me this link. I may have to order another one to hand handy in other spots. I’m able to toss my purse over my shoulder and know that I have perfect access if I need it. Perfect for heading from the house to the car!
