I have now used it about 8 times on my pickup Jeep and 21 ft travel trailer and I will never use anything else. Very easy to use. Just connect it and slip it under the vehicle and it the switch. No more cranking or pumping in awkward positions.Last time I used it was on a loving road where I had a flat on the rear tire. No problem. Sure was glad I had it with me to change the tire.

This is an excellent choice for anyone who wants a reliable and feature-rich electric jack. Safe and reliable lifting. Its overall performance, durability and ease of use are excellent, and this really is a great tool.

As soon as this item came in my husband was using it. It comes with an automatic jack, a compressor, and a lug wrench. It plugs into the cigarette lighter and then you select jack to turn the jack on and automatically jack up your vehicle. Or you select compressor to add air to your tires. For the automatic lug wrench you simply use the adaptor to plug it into the cigarette lighter to remove the lugs and also to screw the lugs back in. It also comes with another adapter that allows the unit to be connected directly to the car battery via an adapter that is also included. This is not a feature we will be using because the battery in my vehicle is positioned far up under the hood.

Had to replace the sway bar linkage on my SUV and this thing was so much easier than using my other jack! It was sturdy enough to lift my vehicle up (Volvo XC90) and was super easy to use. Haven't tried the impact wrench or tire inflator yet, but the jack is the main thing I got this for and I'm really glad I did! Would definitely highly recommend! It will drain the battery on the car pretty quick though. I had it plugged in while I was working and between the 2 sides of the car took a little less than 2 hours and my battery was dead. Probably don't need it on the whole time but I was just trying to get it done. But I have a battery charger so it wasn't a problem but just be aware.

Jack works perfect on smaller vehicles, barely got my truck tire off the ground, so if you have big tires on a lifted truck it probably won't work for you. The air compressor worked fine and the impact tool was able to remove a lug nut on my truck that was torqued to 135. Took quite a few strikes from it's hammer, but finally got it off. This is a large heavy kit and would take a lot of real estate in a small vehicle, especially if you don't have a trunk. In a truck, you would need a tool box in the bed to stash it. It's not going to fit under any seat. Price seems a little steep, it does work as advertised, but it isn't for everybody.

UPDATED AFTER CONTACTING THE FACTORY:I was unable to operate the jack based on the provided instructions. After submitting my problem to the factory, I was immediately contacted. The factory reviewed my review and provided additional information for the operation of the jack. I am updating the entire review based on the new information received from the factory.Bottom line: The kit works, but the instructions are less than user friendly.This emergency tool pack has the correct idea but needs an overhaul on the provided Instruction Manual.PROs:Nice caseComes with air fittings for lots of uses.Comes with multiple power options including a battery connection.Powered torque wrench works great and comes with two sockets.CONs:Cigarette lighter to battery adapter comes back out as soon as you push the cord into the plug. Spring tension is too high. I repeatedly shoved the adapter together until it finally stayed energized. I may tape or zip-tie it together.Power cord may not be long enough for all applications. Using the accessory power in the rear seats prevented me from the use of the jack on the forward jack pad.Instruction Manual is written in broken English. Hard to understand and follow the information contained within. Specifically, you will need to know:- In Diagram One, under “Switches” the description sends you to ”Check Diagram Three.” There is nothing in the manual labeled Diagram Three.- In Diagram Two the switch required to be operated for the Jack is labeled as a “Function Gage”, not a switch. It is the same switch that is used to run the air compressor.In case you buy this item, you will need to know the following. To get the jack to work you push switch #3 (not a gauge) on Page 7 to “Lift”, then push switch #1 (Direction Switch) on Page 7 to “Up”. This sequence will get the jack to lift.Recommendation: Since this is for roadside emergencies, and the kits Instruction Manual is confusing, and the battery to cigarette lighter adapter does not stay connected, I will not be recommending this item.
