Much easier to use than the manual one. Does a great job shredding chicken. It's chargeable so I'm not held down to one spot, holds a good long charge. Easy to clean, easy to use.

We’ve been using a manual shredder for a while, which works fine for me, but it’s definitely not ideal for my mom, especially on days when her hands are giving her trouble. This electric version solves that problem. It works the same way as the manual one in terms of setup (toss in the cooked meat, close the lid), but with the push of a button, it does the rest. No wrestling with hot meat or trying to keep everything spinning evenly by hand.It shreds quickly and evenly, and it’s easy to see what’s going on through the clear top. That’s helpful when you’ve got different textures of meat (chicken thighs vs. pork roast, for example) and want to avoid turning it into mush. It’s not very loud either, which is a win in a house already full of background noise from kids, kitchen, and everything else.Clean-up is simple, and the brush that comes with it is actually useful (unlike a lot of the extras that usually come with appliances). It’s dishwasher safe too, which helps keep things moving when we’re prepping for a big meal or cooking in bulk.This one definitely earns its place in our kitchen lineup. It's quicker, easier, and a lot more accessible for everyone in the family who helps with meals.

Impressive how easy it was to shred meat with this electric charged grinder. Easy to determine how fine you want to shred the meat. Easy to clean up and comes with a brush to clean up. Works well.

It really is fool-proof. After using a hand shredder for years I figured I'd give this a shot. The push-button application makes shredding a breeze. I can focus on chopping and mixing while the chicken basically shreds itself. It's really quick too. The only downside is that it doesn't come with a standard plug in cord, it comes with a cellphone type charger. But they didn't include the brick and I only have the one. So I cannot charge my phone while using this. That feels like an incomplete set - it really should come with everything needed to charge it rather than expecting user to have parts already. Other than that it's great.

I have used the manual chicken shedder for several years. It looks similar to this electric shredder and works just as well but with this electric shredder, I have to put in zero effort after adding the chicken. It does a great job of shredding chicken. I shredded 8 lbs of chicken this evening in less than 20 minutes. This will shred chicken and pork best. If you wanted to shred beef it would need to be tender. You cannot use raw meat and the cooked meat needs to be tender enough to shred. It comes with the USB-A to C cable, it does not include the AC brick but I have a few bricks available to use at home. There is some noise but it isn’t loud, it shreds fast and is easy to clean. I will use this often and if anything changes I will update this review. As of now I am thrilled to own this and would order it again.

I have always hated the job of shredding pork and chicken until now. This electric shredder is the handiest thing ever. I love how it automatically shreds the cooked meat. It is so easy to use and cleanup is a breeze. Definitely recommend this for anyone who likes shredded meat sandwiches or shredded meat on salads. Great item.

I hate shredding chicken for chicken meat. I was looking for a manual shredder and lo and behold I found this electric model. It operates in a manner comparable to the manual shredder, requiring the insertion of cooked meat and the closure of the lid. With a simple button press, the shredding is automatic eliminating the need for manual help. The shredding process is both swift and consistent, and the transparent top allows for easy observation.The cleanup is easy. The shredder is both dishwasher safe or hand wash. It comes with a brush to help dislodge any pieces that may cling to the teeth. Storing is easy since it’s not too big. USB powered.
