Good scooter runs well. Bearings went on motor recently and the seller helped fix the issue really quickly. I am very happy with this product and sellers customer service. I highly recommend

Review: I was excited to get this scooter, but the battery life is terrible. Even in Eco Mode, I barely got 10-15 km before the battery started flashing red—nowhere near the 29 km advertised range. In Sport Mode, it dies even faster. Once the battery gets low, the scooter slows down a lot and could even shut off mid-ride.To make things worse, Amazon wants me to pay $75 just to return it, which is completely unfair. Why should I have to pay extra for a product that doesn’t work as advertised? If a company stands by its product, returns should be free, especially when the issue is poor performance. Really disappointed with both the scooter and the return policy.

For the price, it's a great offering. Especially if you are on the lighter side in terms of bodyweight.PERFORMANCE:Being on the heavier side for a scooter like this(250lbs/114kg) it can still climb me up most moderately steep hills if I have a good run-up in "S" mode. I go from the top speed of 19mph/30km/h down to around half that by the top. By "Hills" I mean bridges that you see go over a highway on most trails. I assume these are around 20-25° slopes. As stated, it can get me to the top speed quite easily in non windy conditions. But, if it's windy, I can only hit 23km/h(14mph)-25km/h(15.5mph) this also makes climbing hills more difficult for the scooter.Range in "E" mode will reach the advertised 29km/18 miles. But, in "S" mode you will only reach around 17.5km/11 miles. "D" mode is somewhere in between. Wind and temperature affect this slightly. But only about 1km(0.6 miles)-2km(1.2 miles) difference at the most. Also, speed and acceleration take a big drop when the battery indicator hits 1 bar. And a slight drop around 2 bars. Each bar is 20% battery(Around 5.8km/3.6miles per bar in E mode, or 3.5km/2.2miles per bar in S mode) except when it hits 1 bar, there is a strange fluctuation that briefly happens where it will go back up to 2 bars a few times, this happens for a couple of kilometers. Which makes me think that 2 bars is slightly more than 5.8km/3.6miles, and 1 bar is slightly less. That is where I take 1 star off, since they should advertise the maximum range is only in "E" mode. It is slightly misleading.Brakes are pretty good. You need to apply a good amount of pressure to get good stopping power, but I have found myself being jolted forward when being unprepared. Make sure to lean back a little bit before braking. The ride quality is fine for the price. The pneumatic tires help a lot here, since the rear suspension doesn't seem to be doing much over terrain where you'd actually want it to be working hard. If you just bend your knees before a big bump, you'll absorb it better than any shock absorber can do.If you weigh much less than me, your range will likely be even better since the motor does not have to work as hard to maintain the same speeds, you will likely accelerate to top speed faster, even in windy conditions. You will likely not notice the low battery performance drop as much, and you will likely be able to make it up inclined slopes easier. And lastly, brakes should work better too. I am currently losing weight and will update the review as I continually do so.FEATURES OTHER THAN PERFORMANCE:I bought this scooter because I specifically did not want some finicky app to deal with. But, I now find myself sometimes missing the extra features I could get, or even just keeping track of how far I have taken this scooter in total. Though, if you just want to hold down a button and get on the road, it's great for that. The turn signals are useless from their position, I never use them honestly. Hand signals are unbeatable. At first, it is pretty difficult to switch modes while you are moving. The thumb throttle is also finicky at first, but you get used to both of these quirks within the first week. With that said, setting cruise control at a specific speed is difficult, since you have to hold the thumb throttle in the same position for 6 seconds. Any bump means you'll probably move the throttle a little bit and need to start again. This is why I end up using cruise control at the top speed in each mode, but it would be nice to cruise at 20km/h(12.5mph) more often than not.The headlight won't be illuminating very far in front. I imagine It's more so there so people know where you are.Lastly, the scooter is easy to fold and is pretty lightweight. It is sometimes difficult to release it from the latch to unfold though. It has no other special locking features or anything.

Y’all basically burn people out their money by selling them jacked up products, and make it that we cannot return it !

I've had 3 of the EC6 and they were such a pain but once I got the EC8 I haven't had a problem! It rode VERY VERY smooth , good battery life as well and the breaking system is much much better in this design! It is worth the price as well. DEFINITELY recommend

He uses this to commute all over the city. Says it's very fast and brakes well. It's a little slow on steep hills but other than that, works fine.

I bought the 10-inch tire scooter based off a review i saw. I am absolutely loving this scooter! The charge lasts forever, and I've gotten it up to 20 mph. it struggles going up steeper hills, but it is so much fun. I feel safe and going over bumps doesn't bother me! i was even able to take my 8 Yō son for a ride with me on it. Best purchase I've made in a minute!

So far I'm loving it. Do read the instructions on how to operate the scooter. At first I was stuck in eco mode and the scooter goes very slow. But there are 2 other modes that speed up the scooter, although this will drain the battery faster. It's fairly light too which makes it easy to put in the car. No complaints so far.

I'm happy with the product as well as the customer service from both Amazon and the company! I feel confident in my decision of purchasing this scooter out of the many options available...customer service is through email and communication was very smooth with quick and helpful responses. I rarely ever take the time to write reviews so this should tell you how impressed I've been. Ec8 has good speed, decent battery life but not amazing, comfortable ride quality, brakes feel stable and safe, awesome value for the money and the fact it weighs less than 30lbs, folds down and I can fit it in my trunk plus it's so easy to operate gives it top notch functionality!

I bought this scooter one month ago to take me to and from a new job. My goal was to buy an excellent scooter which did not cost a lot of money. This scooter is amazing. It has high quality materials, is sturdy, has multiple speed modes and easily goes up hills( i weigh 160). Honestly, with tax it is the best $300 i have ever spent. For the price it is a beautiful machine. One thing to be aware of, the headlight is not sufficient for nightnl travel. I use a 1200 lumens head lamp to make night travel permissible. If you want a high quality scooter and don't want to pay a fortune this scooter is the best option. Simply, I love the thing and it is a tremendous value for what you pay. The battery is Excellent and easy to charge. Assembly is beyond easy!

I bought this scooter as a graduation gift for my son, so he can save gas and be able to get around on campus being a freshman. I'm am so pleased to say it's sturdy durability is worth every penny spent. The weight capacity is over 260lbs + and the speed is great. It folds very easy. He loves the turn signals, brake light and the headlights especially at night because he's visible to others. It's has way more features than then described. Battery life is long lasting. Height adjustment is good. So many good things but the best is the scooter allow my son to make it to class on time and 2 months as a college student he was just inducted in to the Honors College and has all A's I'm so proud of him and he so thankful he doesn't have to walk around campus and he said it's fun to ride with great functionality. All his friends want one. I highly recommend this purchase.
