I was really excited about this scooter when I first bought it—it has a sleek design, smooth ride, and great battery life. However, after just six weeks, I started experiencing some issues, which was disappointing considering how new it is. Fortunately, I’m working with the IT and quality departments to get the problem resolved, and they’ve been responsive so far. I’m hopeful that we can find a fix because when it works properly, it’s a fantastic scooter. I’ll update my review once everything is sorted out!

I love the scooter but didn’t get many opportunities to take it out due to the weather. We finally had some good weather today so my family and I decided to take all of our scooters out for a ride. Unfortunately, I didn’t get far. I hit the front and rear break to start slowing down then heard a *thunk* and the rear wheel instantly locked up.After looking at it, the brake assembly and cable had rotated all the way around the wheel binding it completely. Once I freed everything back up, I looked around and found that the bolt that prevents the brake hub from rotating had pulled out. It looks like the hole patterns don’t line up and there is evidence that the bolt was cross-threaded at assembly.I reached out to the iScooter for support. I'll update with whatever they offer. Hopefully, they'll make it right.[Update]After I contacted iScooter customer support thru amazon, I spoke with a very helpful support rep, Anna. She was incredibly understanding and her and the team offered to ship a replacement scooter via FedEx within 24hrs. They also provided me with prepaid return shipping for the original. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of support. They were great. 10/10 for the scooter and the team.Also, some ppl reported having issues with the iPhone app connecting to the scooter via bluetooth. idk if this was an earlier version of the app or something, but I can confirm it works great for me.

The moment that I unboxed the iScooter 10 Pro, I knew it was going to be an awesome experience. The red cable wires and red shocks against the black were a beautiful combination. The fat air filled tires makes the ride smooth and comfortable on and off the road. The three speeds are perfect starting for the newest riders to the most advanced as far as pick up speed from the stop position. Rear brake light and turn signals help cars behind you know what your planning, so they know not to pass you!All in all I can say that this was the best choice in scooter for me. If your looking for a scooter, you won’t go wrong with the iScooter 10 Pro!

It has less hill climb than my buddy's Segway ninebot (left) but it outruns him in the long stretch. About 20 miles of intense riding range. I have reached 28mph I'm 220lbs. Did well off road on hard packed bike path. Worth the price

Just spent a lot of money on two scooters for them to both stop working at the same time like how does that even work ! Stopped accelerating outta no where giving error codes when no damage or anything done to them for them to stop working
