I wish I have gotten this mat earlier when it was winter. I do a lot of stirred frying dishes and needed to keep the food warm for my daughter when she comes back from school. Tried it today and it works great. It keeps the food warm with a temperature that didn't change the texture of the food. I used to use the keep warm setting in the oven previously but sometimes the food get dried up even though I covered it with aluminum foils. I also love that it can be rolled up and keep upright in a drawstring bag which it came with. This makes it very easy to keep in a drawer. I also like the large size of the mat.

It was OK. I kept it because I cook with my grandchild and it was great for her to put her cookies in baking on without it being too hot.

I don't write reviews normally but I needed to for this one. Originally Amazon told me this order would be late?. I had ordered it for a party and it was advertised to arrive in 2 days which was exactly what I needed.I'm happy to say it arrived on time and it worked perfectly. I placed my appetizers on plates and put them on this mat and it kept them warm throughout the entire party. Perfect for hot dips and looks so much better than millions of crockpots.
