As I lack any equipment to measure and quantify the kind of metrics here that mean anything like thickness, elasticity, adhesion etc I tried to get a good 'feel' for these by pulling out my huge rubbermaid tub of half finished electrical projects that I will never finish and have no idea why I still keep.I wrapped random wires, used the tape to hold together battery assemblies, taped random things that don't make sense to tape at all. I wanted to see how it held around sharp edges, how the adhesion was after it's been wrapped and removed on the same wirenut a bunch, that sort of thing.It was good. Nothing revolutionary here - it's electrical tape - but it's good electrical tape. It tightens back up well after stretching, and still sticks to itself great after a good bit of intentional abuse. No sticky residue left on surfaces or itself.As I run out of my old stuff, the brand we all know, I'm going to just throw these new tapes in the old plastic containers. The storage is the only thing this set is lacking, and for those of us with a tons of those little plastic puck containers already laying around it's kind of nice to have that cost shaved honestly.I'd get this again.
