I'm in love with the Ellie Baby Monitor! The camera is adorable with the little tail and fins, and it comes with a attachment to hang the camera on the crib so you don't have to purchase it separately like many baby cameras. The quality is amazing, the camera has a silicone outer and is durable and sturdy when hung up, I know I don't have to worry about it falling and it even includes a bumper. The camera quality is amazing as well both at night and during the day.One thing that definitely makes this one of my favorite camera is that it includes an SD card and there is no need to purchase a cloud service to access all the amazing features and the features in the app really make this camera stand out above many other cameras on the market. It can easily move around so you can see any part of the room and even be set up to follow your kids around the room on its own so you never miss anything no matter where they are in the room. One of my favorite app features is that I'm able to set up borders on the edges of the bed that alert me if my 2 year old crawls out of bed. You can also easily check your child's breathing, the room temp, and the humidity of the room. It plays music if your child cries which has even been great to get my toddler asleep. You can keeps an eye on your childs sleeps habits and receive daily pictures and videos that the app automatically puts together for you!Overall this camera is amazing and I highly, highly recommend it, it's an amazing value for the quality and features you receive.

The quality of this camera is crazy good! It was simple to connect via phone and hook it up, but now I have a really great view of my daughters room and it is able to track temperature and movement, which is a plus for me!

I am reviewing Ellie Baby Pro Baby Monitor with camera and audio WiFi smartphone.This does not come with a phone, nor does it come with a monitor. Otherwise, it comes with everything else you need. The camera is made to look like a toy, instead of some martian staring at your little one. The clamp and holder are sturdy and nicely made.The 32gb TF card comes pre-installed, and can be removed. This is a huge plus for this camera kit. The AI is private and gives you a whole other layer of functionality, far and above the old monitors. And it's local storage, so very private.

This is expensive, but as far as camera monitoring goes its full featured and easy to use. I do not like this trend of every different company using their own bespoke APP, I wish there was some capability to link to an existing one for example, because of fears that eventually they will stop running the app. However, I think in this case its ok. As far as I can tell the app is working with the camera and not anything cloud related so it should survive even if the company dies.Now as for the features. Setting up the camera takes a few minutes. The camera body is like a little whale and it is pretty cute. The speakers on it are loud and project clear sound.Once setup the app itself has lots of different options to configure that adjust what this will do for you. It can play music automatically when it detects crying for example, or be set to blur out anything unnecessary in the background if you're worried about privacy. The camera uses internal memory to store the video and pictures and it comes with an SD card built in which is nice.The camera controls are easy to use on the app and you can do things like pan the camera up and down or rotate it on its base. The package comes with a wall mount, a clamp arm, and the necessary pieces to power the device via a USB power block.You can save video or pictures to the device and them download them to your phone. The quality is good. The device itself can save a 24 hour running timeline of activity. It will even mark "events" like crying or sleeping for you on the timeline. I was using this to monitor a cat so it was not as reliable but for a baby I'm sure its fine.I recommend this for parents looking for something that can work out of the box and doesn't require any monthly subscriptions.

The video quality is pretty nice and clear, even in the low light of night time. The app is fairly user friendly but it did take a bit to set up which slightly annoyed me, but the alerts are nice. I'm not going to lie, I got this for my pets to watch. It would be nice to have come with a monitor for around the house rather than only having to use your phone. Aside from the issue I had with app set up it's been great and works how I want it.
