It's good thread. Its a metallic over a core thread. It comes with two spools which is GREAT for using it with the Aari needles. It's best to work with multiple threads directly off the spools. This thread, like metallic thread I've gotten in the past, can kink while you're working with it. It un-kinks easily though but it's not the type of thread you can man handle into submission. If you're rough with it the kink can expose more core thread then is attractive. If you're a beginner with Aari work, experiment a little with your stitch size. This thread is very shiny and beautiful on your work. I noticed if I makes my stitches very very small it shines less. (You do want small stitches but there is a sweet spot) I have not washed anything with this threadwork on it yet so I can't say how it holds up. I will update my review when I wash something.
