This item was wrong, we want EnGenius FreeStyle 2 which we order, the item that they send us only works with Ethernet cable. We have return it but we have to pay for shipping. EnGenius products are really good. We use them.

These phones were installed and tested. They worked great and as expected initially. However, within a month they would no longer be workable over 10 feet away from the base unit in an open air, no interference condition.The EnGenius customer service doesn't exist. I attempted to speak with tech support / customer service and would simply get pushed off to the RMA department to which, there was only a "chat" online available. I had to return the unit, at my expense, and it has been over a month and I haven't seen nor heard from them. In as much as I'm a registered "dealer" and receive emails from their marketing department, I contacted the person sending the emails. She indicated she was sorry and would follow up to see what was happening. No surprise, no response. These are the most unprofessional, unresponsive people I have every dealt with in the 30 years in the telecommunications business. I don't know how I can express it more fervently. Awful!!!!
