This phone works fine. It is deceptive that it is not listed as "renewed" or "refurbished". If it was listed as such I would be completely satisfied. This phone had some other configuration stored in it. I needed to clear / reset the configuration for the phone to work as it would have if it was new.

These phones are listed as new, with an option to save $98 for buying used. I didn't want used phones, so I paid for new ones. I still got used ones. The labels on the back are water-damaged, the displays were sloppily covered with Saran wrap, and the old configuration was still programmed into it. I've been working with these phones for a long time, and pretty sure the default extension name shouldn't be "Girls Gym".
