This colorful, expanding file does fit more papers than the less expensive models. There are two things about it that irked me: When you put 8.5" x 11" papers in the slots, they don't fit in nicely below the organizing tabs. They protrude, partially blocking the tabs. And about those labels they provide to stick onto the tabs? The colors don't match exactly, which is meh, but worse, it takes a really long time for ink to dry on them. So don't expect to set this all up immediately. I would allow 40 mins for the ink to dry on the labels, or else you risk smearing what you have written.

I teach fourth grade. I actually said this inside of a file cabinet. It expanded really well, and I could easily shrink it down to the size I needed. I would put two different forms in it periodically and it was very durable. I also appreciated The different colors and the labels to help. Keep it organized and quickly put papers away.

I planned to use this to organize photos but ended up returning it because it was a little flimsy. It may work well for smaller/temporary projects or organizing, however.

What a great purchase. It's large enough to handle all the paper I need to organize yet lightweight. I also love the collapsible feature. I don't know how I got by without it!
