So far so good! Right out of the box I love the color and feel of the bag. It is exactly what I was looking for for our trip to several national parks. I wanted something packable, durable, lightweight, water-resistant and comfortable for day hikes. This ticks all the boxes. Yes, it is smaller than other backpacks and is not padded, but it is advertised as a "Small Hiking Backpack Foldable Lightweight Travel Day Pack Packable". That is exactly what it is. It has plenty of room for a poncho, flipflops, snacks, maps, charger, sunscreen, bug spray, and hat with room to spare. The zippers are good quality too. The side pockets fit a disposable plastic bottle of water just fine, but it is not big enough for a stainless-steel water bottle. The other pockets are so handy for smaller items and/or a cell phone. As with most packable items it took a time or two to figure out the folding to get it back into the pouch - the pictures provided in the description are nice to have and did help. Did it go back exactly like how it came? No, but very close. I am pleased with this backpack, and I think the price point of $25 or less is definitely fair. I am looking forward to using this backpack.

Great material. Feels durable. I love the front pocket for my cell phone and the pocket size for my mace spray or pocket size knife, or keys. This size is perfect for my hikes.

The pro: The straps on this backpack are very comfortable. The cons: This looks like a child's backpack, with adult sized shoulder straps. It could be useful for carrying a few emergency items with you, but the pouches for water bottles are too small to hold anything but a mini plastic water bottle. Definitely not a hiking backpack.

If you prefer to use larger than 22 ounce bottles, this may be your choice over the G4Free(we tested, Becojadde, Esup15L &G4Free). It comes down to personal preference on pockets more than anything. You’ll be pleased with any of these with the exception of the poor water bottle stability but for me, I don’t use larger one so this or the G4 Free works fine for me. just pay attention to the pockets and how you would like to use them on your backpack.

I bought this for Disneyland it worked very well I only wish it fastened in the front. I came home and washed it and it looks like new.
