cameras cable connections on the back are to close together. cables dont hook up well. cameras come on and of. Lack of directions on how to set record options. Look else where

I have purchased this DVR twice! I thought the first time that it was just a one time issue and purchased a second one after the hard drive malfunctioned in the first one. Low and behold the new one went out last week. Do not purchase this product if you want to use it for more than a year.

basic system that worked but suddenly stopped working after only 660 days of use. Also simply changing out your hard drives for more storage supposedly voids the warranty which is not reasonable/fair.

THIS DVR IS PERFECT FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE A ALL IN ONE SYSTEM AND NOT STACKS OF BOX. IT WORKS WELL AND THE COMPANY IS GOOD TO WORK WITH AND US TECH SUPPORT. HAD A SMALL ISSUE DUE TO SHIPPING AND WAS CONTACTED AND HANDLED QUICKLY BY AND WITH THE COMPANY PRICING IS RESPONSIBLE IF YOU HAVE RESEARCHED ANY OTHERS.

After reading many negative reviews I was hesitant about ordering this DVR but I took a chance and ordered it anyway and I'm very glad that I did. This is a very professional DVR. The users manual leaves a lot to be desired so I called the phone number for technical support and was 100% impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable person I talked to. He was very patient and walked me through the setup including setting up remote viewing on my iPhone. Everything is now operating as it should thanks to tech support. They not only tell you what to do they also explain why you are doing it and give you many tips and suggestions along the way. I think that the reason some people gave this a negative review was that they tried to set it up with without help and got lost in the process. I had a 32 Channel Q-See DVR and thought it was great but due to Covid19 the company went out of business and remote viewing was lost. . This H.264 32 Channel DVR runs circles around the Q-See DVR. The playback function is phenomenal and is loaded with features. With most DVRs it is easy to skip over something that happened quickly but with this DVR you can stretch out the viewing so at to be able to see what you are looking for. I could go on and on but I would highly recommend this system to anyone. Just please call them for help when you try to set it up, You won't be sorry and it will make all the difference in your attitude towards it!
