Really nice looking. Works great on induction cooktop. We boil water without egg tray, put all eggs in trays at same time, then put whole tray in when water is boiling. We find 5 1/2 minutes is perfect at our location, at sea level.

These egg poachers are really easy to use…just add water. Eggs come out perfected formed and look wonderful for plating . I usually put a wee bit of cooking spray in the cups to ensure there is no sticking. You can use on newer stove tops.

Pan has a thick stable bottom. Handle and lid knob DO NOT get hot on a glass top stove using the small burner. Used spray oil on 2 and nothing on 1 to test. Oiled ones slip right out, non oiled took a small push with the spatula but left no egg in cup. Good quality pan. READ THE instructions to prevent user error.

Finally a pan that lets me poach eggs like a pro. Just like the set-up my mom had and taught me on. So glad to find this gem. Works great on our induction stove.

Me gustó que no se necesita utilizar aceite, es una opción de preparación muy saludable. Las manijas para agarrar el molde, están muy calientes y es difícil tomarlas para poder sacar el huevo, estaría ideal que igual y le pusieran algo resistente al calor o hacer las manijas un poco más largas para evitar la transmisión del calor. Para que se cueza la clara es necesario que también la yema y así no queda en el término que a muchos nos gustaría.
