This item has everything it says. Cuffs and the ability to change the size of it. The problem is the holes that were cut for the adjustment are very sharp!! In the midst of using this in the way it way intended, I had a hold of the pipe at different times and got cut up horribly! Both hands were bleeding. Not a good time.

We received the package and the product was DAMAGED. One of the attachment rings was broken and would not close. Requested a refund from Amazon and was told they wouldn't provide one and to contact the manufacturer.***THIS PRODUCT IS CHEAP AND NOT MADE WELL. **** I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS !!!! DONT WASTE UR MONEY.
