These elastic straps have worked for me to stretch my back and legs, helping me to better align my body.

I got exactly what the description said. The yoga stretch strap is great. I don't do yoga, but I use it to stretch out my neck and back due to injuries. It's very comfortable to use.

I love all of the various options you have with this to get a really thorough stretch. Some of the options provided in the instructions don't work for me at all logistically, but others are great!

I used this belt primarily to do pull ups. The differently placed loops and buckles let me adjust the amount of angle. I did try stretching backward a few times and it held my body weight of 150lb. Unfortunately, I found all the interior doors in my house not quite strong enough for holding the straps when exercising. The garage door and front door were solid enough but not very convenient to use. If my interior doors had inspired more confidence, I would have liked using these straps more. For now, i will use the straps for pullups.

It’s ok. Does what I need it to do. I’m 220lbs & it holds my weight just not comfortably.

I’m in love with this set, especially the door mounted swing/hammock. It took me a few minutes to get it set up and arranged correctly on the door. I’m short so holding both ends over the door while closing it was a bit tricky but I managed. Then I spent a few more minutes adjusting both straps so the hammock/swing was as close to the ground as it would go, short remember? I like that the straps have numbered segments so you can be sure they’re even but I’m a little confused as to why each segment is a loop. I’m 5’3” and I was able to get it down to about hip level. It was heavenly doing supported back bends. One note, if you have OLDER DOORS please test it like I did before you try to leave the ground. I backed up and prepared to walk up the door and flip into an inverted position. When I put the second foot and my whole 123 lbs against the door the latch gave and the door popped open. When it did obviously the anchor flew up and the strap slid off the corner of the door.I had anticipated this possibility and was prepared but if I hadn’t been I might have given myself a nasty fall on my hip/butt. That said if my door had held I have no doubt the swing/strap/hammock thing would have supported me in an inverted position as long as I wanted to stay there.I suggest that if you’ve never used this type of swing/strap before you take an aerial yoga class or at least watch a YouTube video on aerial yoga. That will give you a fair idea of the type of stretches and poses this is most useful with.Currently you get this swing/strap/hammock plus a very nice looped stretch band for about $21, significantly less than aerial classes or a home aerial silk. It’s a huge stretching assist. I highly recommend this product just please use caution and check the strength and stability of your doors and their latches before your feet leave the floor.

I ordered this confusingly named "Waist Back Leg Stretch Strap Set" from LOYPEXE based on the pictures which showed an 11 segment yoga strap and a "40x60" cloth swing with two adjustable supports and two door anchors. However, the highly detailed information in the listing only mentioned one "adjustable shoulder strap" and one door anchor so I wasn't sure what I was going to actually receive. The product photos are indeed accurate as to what's included. The set consists of a very stretchy 11 loop elastic "stretching strap" and a fully assembled fabric swing with two adjustable straps, metal buckles and pre-attached door anchors. At $22 (current price on Amazon) I wasn't expecting super high quality and I wasn't disappointed. The elastic stretching strap I found much too stretchy to be useful. There's a reason most stretching straps are made of cotton without much give. The straps on the swing are 1.5" wide heavy cotton strap that is reasonably strong, but instead of hte heavy cross pattern you typically find on weight bearing straps these have only a single stitch box pattern. The swing fabric measures 36x56 (smaller than described) and is just a single layer with unreinforced edges. Only the end loops have any reinforcement and even those are just two single stitched lines. Is it as described? Yes. Will it bear my weight? Yes, but I did so in a fashion that I wouldn't be injured if it failed. I don't believe the construction is good enough to use it in any situation where I could be injured if it failed, and that includes several of the positions depicted in the photos and the accompanying "manual". As such, I can't recommend it.
