I have had this item for 1 month so far.Good quality and easy installation. Perfect size for me.But unfortunately this item does NOT have a locking mechanism when you pull it out.Sometimes it kinda bothers me but overall it is a good product.

This is a pretty nice sliding keyboard tray. A little bit of assembly is required since the surface itself comes in two half/pieces. You will have to attach them together using a plate with four screws, and then also screw on the side pieces. Also, the plate at the back to prevent the keyboard from sliding off.Then, attachment to your desk is pretty simple. If you need it to be higher, you can add something in between the clamp and the top of the desk to the height that you desire. It slides very smoothly and seems very sturdy and looks attractive as well!One caveat, which is common to many trays of this type: the seam where the bottom meets the top laminate is a bit scratchy. May need to add some tape there.

I have a standing desk, and the usual sliding keyboard trays are a no-go (the motor rod runs along the middle of the desk, so nothing can be attached underneath easily).I wanted a keyboard tray that fit both a full size keyboard and a mouse and this one did the job. The clamps keep things secure and I can have my keyboard under my desk, where it belongs.I've had to buy a LOT of keyboard trays until I found this one, and it's a keeper.

This tray is wonderful. It's large, feels solid, rolls in and out easily, and looks great. it was easy to install and easy to move if needed.
