I don't do yoga although I really should and maybe I'll start. I do some fast 10 minute workouts though in my dining room on my hardwood floors and my knees and back really don't appreciate the ones that I have to get on the floor for. This mat rolls up and stores out of the way when I'm not using it and only takes a second to roll out on the floor. The grip is fantastic for when I'm on my hands and knees. Instead of fighting my limbs sliding out from under me on the slick hard floors I'm able to actually maintain the proper positions and concentrate on form and breathing. I wish I had gotten one of these years ago.

I've been doing yoga for about 15 years now and this is, hands down, the best yoga mat I've ever used. It's nice and thick, but not spongy. It's quite firm so that your hands and feet don't just sink into it when holding poses(which can be very bad for your wrists, shoulders, ankles, knees), yet it's soft enough to be very comfortable. It has excellent grip, so there is zero slipping when holding a spreaded pose. I really love the coloring, as well as the price point($45 when I ordered it) I would expect to pay at least $75-85 for a yoga mat of this quality on lulu lemon. 10/10 recommend

8 weeks postpartum and this mat is my pelvic floor’s BFF. The cushioning eases tailbone pain during kegel exercises, and the non-slip surface holds steady even with baby spit-up spills (mom life!). Used it for tummy time too – the organic smell doesn’t irritate my newborn like the chemical stink from my old yoga mat did. Washed 3x and still looks new

I've been using a "mat" that was so thin that doing yoga in the park was literally a pain! If there were any stones, even small ones, I could feel them thru the mat.Not anymore!This is so nice and thick! I love it. I used it at an indoor place yesterday. It was great! It didn't slip was nice and thick and I felt like my socks had a better grip. I can't wait for the next outdoor event!

only issue I really had with the mat was it curling up after trying to lay it down, but that only lasted about two days.not slip texture works pretty well. haven't notice any odors from it outside of the smell it had when i first opened it, just weaker. Mat is decently thick and surprisingly comfortable if you where to just lay on it. Elastic strap is easy to to put back on, making it easy to store and carry around.Highly recommend if the size is enough for you and is within your price range.

This is not nonslip at all. I can't even hold a down dog without my hands sliding out beneath me, despite trying to grip in as best as possible. And you can't market a yoga mat, without a being able to do a down dog. Soft, comfy, sure. Non-slip. NO.

This is an awesome mat! I love the smooth texture, the extra width and the MUCH more substantial thickness than a traditional yoga mat. This stays in place while in use and wipes clean easily. I like that it comes with the roll up straps for portability and storage. I have nothing bad to say about this product. Nice color scheme, great size and overall feel. It's a little more than a standard yoga mat but you get so much more for the money so I think it's worth the asking price!

Great mat! It looks really nice and the extra thickness is great for my hips (post-hip surgery, I have trouble with things where I'm on my side). I didn't unroll it before taking it to its first class at the gym and that was a mistake... The inside end did not want to stay flat at all. I rolled it up in the opposite direction after class, so that helped for the next time.
