Very comfortable it is bigger than I expected but personally I like that just a perfect exercise. Matt helps from just being on the ground itself super easy to use and clean five stars. It’s very durable.

A very nice, oversized gym mat. It is well made and should provide excellent cushioning for whatever activity.

This is a large exercise pad that is quite thick. It’s not soft but it does absorb the shock to my joins during high jumps. It doesn’t have a smooth surface so that helps prevent slipping.

Very comfortable. Nice large size even at 6’x4’ size. I probably should have gone a size larger or maybe the largest. It’s comfortable to practice jiu jitsu warm ups. The largest size would have been perfect for that. Roll it up very tight if you plan on getting back in the carry bag. The net part is great for airflow but if you don’t roll tight enough. The mat kind gets stuck in the net part of the bag when trying to store it. Rolling it tight makes it easier for the bag to easily slip over it. I think it’s worth the price point for how great of a quality it is. Only time will tell about the durability. I can say it’s great for my workouts and stores nicely.

This provides a great amount of support, does well with being flexible and easy to move as well, good quality too.Aesthetically it looks really nice, fits the environment for working out or being an active, easy to clean.I like it.
