E-Z LOK Thread Inserts for hard-wood are ideal for applications where stripping or thread erosion is possible. Perfect for furniture, partitions, display cases, shipping containers, anywhere a fastener will be used in wood. E-Z Knife thread inserts provide superior holding power using a proprietary external “knife” thread to slice into the wood. They are designed for use in hard woods such as oak, cherry, and maple. Internal thread sizes ranging from #4 to 3/8 and M3 to M10 are available in either brass or stainless steel. Stainless steel is recommended for particularly hard wood and anywhere corrosion resistance is needed.

Have ordered two packs of the M10-1.50 and both have M10-1.25 inside. We also use the 1.25 but need some 1.50! These work very well for our application, but the manufacturer needs to improve packaging or check the size.
