Operation Steps:
- Put the magnetic stirrer onto the workbench and plug in
- Turn on the stirring swtich colckwise to set the stirring speed you need
- Turn on the heating switch colckwise to set proper power
Safety Recommendations:
- Always ensure the device is connected to a ground wire
- Please avoid using metal containers that do not have a perfectly flat bottom
- When stirring viscous liquids, please reduce volume and stirring speed
- Device can work up to 8 hours on medium or 4 hours on high speed (continuous)

This product does exactly what it says. Well worth the money. Also the seller is really helpful and informative.The three times I've used it so far I was able to accurately dial in the temperature. No complaints so far. I'll doing another updated review in one year from now.

Temp is all over the place which led to a jar bursting that completely ruined the unit and almost caused a fire because liquid will leak into the unit if something goes wrong, spill or otherThis thing is a hazard do not buyNot worth it

The hotplate is very good. It heats up quickly and gets very hot. Keep a thermometer to keep from over heating what you are making. My only issue is the arm that is attached to the plate is a bit odd and the bar is too close to the body of the machine. It makes it difficult to get an army that can hold a beaker dead center of the plate so that the stirrer is positioned in the middle for use. Other than that it works fine. It just means you might have to find additional arms to hold your beakers if they are small.

Temperature control is analog with no temperature settings. This isn’t the type of device for accurate temperature control though. The magnetic stirring is wonderful and the entire reason for this purchase. The hot plate comes in handy for some things, but the magnetic stirring is wonderful.

Nice compact unit, but not too small. Holds heat/temp well. Stirrer also works well. It also has a nice weight/feel to it. It doesn’t feel like it’s a cheap piece.The only negative thing about it is it doesn’t have a digital temperature setting. But you know that going in, and would probably jack up the price.I just use an IR thermometer. I also marked the dial as I mainly use the same temperature all the time. Double checking between uses with the IR.Now that i’ve used the unit for a bit I am down grading my previous rating.The temp control knob is not very reliable. Sometimes when i turn the temperature down the temperature actually goes up.At this point i’ve had the unit for a good bit of time. But it has not been used very hard.I would suggest getting one that has digital controls and using an IR thermometer to double check. Keep in mind most of the affordably priced IR’s have a +/- 5 degree variance. At least mine does. Its not handy atm or i would give the brand. However, a lot of them are the same unit with a different name anyway 😉

I held up on buying this item b/c of the reviews. I bought the four e's and another 300 plus hot plate stirrer and BOTH failed very bad, those are digital and the heat was either all or nothing. Ruined two of my projects.I bought this one and I have my own thermometer and tested the heat, it held the temperature as my specified heat. I have also left the stirrer for 8 hours straight with no issues. I've actually left it for 20 hours on medium with no issues. Been using it non stop since I got it.Wish I would of gone with this one from the start. I don't understand the bad reviews unless others got a bad unit or they want to pump up their own product, idk, but I've had NO issues with this one.

I have updated my review to one star. The motor on this broke after about 10 times, so now I am annoyed and wasted my money and time. It doesn't seem to have a warranty.Here's my initial review: Works great and I love, it has trouble moving anything much thicker than water around, but they might all be that way I don't know (this is my first one). My one complaint is that anything that gets on the hot plate seems to just get cooked onto it and stains, so I am always trying to clean it off and it always looks sloppy. I wish it was made of a material that could be washed somehow and not stain.

I use this to make my CBD products with: CBD tinctures, CBD vapes, and CBD topicals. I bought a cheaper one from another company but it arrived broke and I had to send it back. I seriously thought that I would have to spend at least $200 for one. I took a chance on this one because it had such favorable reviews and was very pleased with the purchase.This stirrer does everything I need it to do. The heat setting is excellent. It gets very hot....enough to melt beeswax and mango butter that I make for my CBD topical pain relief balm. Only used it three times so far but was pleased with its performance each time. I might need a larger unit in the future and if I do I will buy the larger one from this company as I am already please with their quality and performance. I have already recommended this magnetic stirrer to others and will continue to recommend it.

Well built unit. Have used a few times so far. Performed solidly with no issues. Plate gets extremely hot and both stir and heat potentiometers have nice ranges.

I use this for my aromatherapy. I had a small plate that only stirred, however I wanted one that heated also. I used hotplates just like this when I worked as a chemist and they were great. Most home aromatherapists only make small batches, so having larger pans on the stove can be overkill. I use various size glass beakers with stirring magnets in the bottom to gently heat and mix at the same time. It is a snap controlling both the heat and stirring functions. I would suggest to those not familiar with this type of unit to practice with water first, and never ever use plastic containers if using the heating function! But when making small batches of salves or moisturizers, it's perfect. I can melt and blend everything right in the glass containers I plan on storing the product in, when melted, I turn the heat off, continue stirring until it cools some, add the essential oils, remove the stirring magnet, cap it and wha-la...my product is ready for use! Everything I need to do can be done on this!

A bit weak for the price. It is a 350 watts but only 180 watts for the plate.
