These hinges look and feel like heavy duty hinges and I love that they allow you to open the gate door all the way up so it is out of the way, they do stick out a bit but they don't stick out as much as my gate boards if it was to just simply open normally. Installation is pretty simple and goes really quickly with 2 people, one with a drill and one to hold the door up. So far so good, I have installed them but haven't used them much as it is winter. If they fail or are not great when spring rolls around then I will come back and edit my review.

Gate hinges that work well. They are very sturdy and close perfectly. I really like these as compared to regular hinges. Well made to last.

If you have a lightweight gate then these hinges are okay. The hinge flex's too much for my tastes. You can close the gap needed for the gate with these hinges over a typical sliding hinge but you still need a gap for the gate to function properly. Owning a Landscaping company I have built many many gates and for my standards I wouldn't recommend.

I recently installed these heavy-duty hinges on a garden gate, and they’ve been performing well so far. They seem like they're a nice quality build with a decent finish time will of course tell what they're going to lay hold up to in any sort of weather hopefully that the code is not so types where it'll end up failing from that I don't see it it being a problem but then again I could be wrong I so far the actual functionality is exactly as expected install went without any real issues and in my case he had multiple hands available so lack of hey doing a single-handedly in some cases might be a loyal pain but yeah easy enough to find a buddy to help you if needed as a rule that said not much more to really say about these except the longevity of these will be the real test and none of us can speak to that but then having gone through I'd say at least a year of actual use and exposure to all the various weather elementsReview post-delayed as it is always lately do circumstances Beyond My Control now I'm being done with voice to text which is error code at best Corrections will not be made right now because that's literally pain to do so

To clarify, the 440Lb rating is based on a pair of hinges. Documentation included states 220Lb rating for a single hinge. While good hinges, I would not run them at the rated capacity. Not calling them light duty, they do have a good feel to them. They just don't have a 440Lb door feel to them.The ad shows different mounting options. And after playing with them in hand, yes they are all valid. There is a degree or two more than the 180° swing they are rated for.Cast stainless steel linkages with swedged in pins.Mounting holes are slotted. The side marked "door" has vertical adjustment and the unmarked side has lateral adjustment. Length of the slots is just under double the width.If you are looking for a trick hinge of this style, this is a pretty good choice. It has a little play in the linkage, what I would call normal for the hinge to work. It's not a super tight ball bearing or even bushed pivots, that would be a much higher end hinge then this.

Decent quality, I used them on a garden gate. They open all the way up making it easy to get a wheel barrow in and out. So far they have held up to the weather and we're easy to mount. Four stars

These are really neat hinges, and they allow a gate or door to completely open on the side the hinges are on. However, they do stick out quite a bit even when the gate is closed. They don't seem like a good choice for a trailer ramp as suggested in the title, because you'd have to have them on the top of the ramp and they'd get in the way. Anyway, these seem like a niche hinge at best, but they look cool and people will ask you about them.

After 60 days of use I am okay with saying these work fine. I welded them to a steel post and so far have had no issues at all. They are heavy duty beyond what most would need, but why not go a bit over the needs to guarantee they last forever?The kit was nice to include proper hardware to install the hinges. I think the hardware is en0ugh but for me I went with welding since the install allowed for it.
