My ability to balance has gone downhill. I got this board to help with stretching and balance. I was able to do more on this board than I thought I could. I am a heavier person and it held me just fine. I felt the foam was strong and tipped into position nicely to help with the stretches. you will feel the stretching right away. I love having something to help with stretching legs and feet. I am often finding myself trying to stretch on a staircase or against a wall. This is better and helps with strong stretching. It stays in place, and you feel comfortable using it. I have had other try it in my house and all love the stretching it provides. It easily held people up to 300 pounds. It does hold its shape and does not fold into a smaller size. However, it does not take up too much room to store.Overall, I would reccom3end this board for calf and feet stretching.

This has been such a great addition to my morning routine. I love using it for calf raises but especially for the ankle flexion when stretching. I also use it for pronation and supination when doing certain mobility exercises. Very versatile. And when I'm not stretching, I sometimes use this under my desk to prop my feet on and flex a bit. Really cool.

The material is dense and durable but still very comfortable on your feet, even when used barefoot. When used with your toes facing the high end of the ramp you can easily control the intensity of the stretch by choosing how far you lean forward and how high up the ramp you place your toes, and you can even choose to have your toes overhang the top edge and still get a deep stretch. When used with your toes facing the low end of the ramp, you can rock the unit backwards about the curved corner of the base and gently give your calves a controlled stretch. This position can be held while you choose your preferred amount of forward lean, and/or bend of the knees, but I’ve found rocking back and forth in this position to be very soothing and it’s the most comfortable way I’ve ever found to stretch my calves. Of course this position can be used to perform squats while taking strain off of your knees and ankles until your flexibility improves, and you can position your heels lower on the ramp as you continue to progress. The slant board is also very stable when used like this. It only rocks backwards when you make a deliberate effort to rotate it that way. I am very happy with this product.

Overall, I really enjoy this incline board. It puts a new twist on squats and calf raises, and when I'm done with my workout I can use it to stretch out. It's solid and well constructed, and I expect that it will withstand the test of time. However, I'm only able to give it four stars for a couple of reasons.First, being a static piece of foam, the price is exorbitant. It doesn't offer much in the way of novelty, and it's essentially an angled yoga block. Without prior knowledge, I'd guess this at about half of its retail price.Second, and perhaps more importantly, the edge that sits on the floor adjacent to the tall side is rounded. This is by design, as the rocking plays into some of the exercises and stretches you can do with the slant board. However, you also give up stability during heavy movements. I've almost gone butts over tincups more than once loaded up for calf raises. All in all, this piece of equipment is constructed with a pretty great quality, but the rounded edge is a questionable design choice that works better for some than others. Its price sits a little higher than I feel is justified; you may be disappointed in the value, but certainly not the quality.

I have a lot of leg and foot issues so I'm always having to do stretches and exercises for it. This slant board works really nice for my stretching and it's easy to use. It's nice to be able to just step on the board and get some quick stretches in whenever I feel like it. The rise didn't seem like that much in the ad but when I'm on it I can really feel it working, like the feeling of sitting on the floor doing a really deep stretch. I had someone else try it and they didn't think it was as much as I did, but maybe part of that is just because of my leg problems. It works for me.Two things I will mention, out of the box it has a very strong plastic/petroleum smell. I put mine out in my garage to air out for a couple nights but it still has a smell to it. So keep it in mind if you're sensitive to something like that. The other thing is that I'm fairly big (6'2") and with my normal stance the outside edges of my feet come fairly close to the outside edges of the board. It works fine for me but if you have a really wide stance you might want to check your measurement in comparison to the width of this board. For me this works great and really helps with my stretching. I recommend it.

There's not a whole lot that one can really write about a stretch board. If you are looking for one you know the benefits and what they're made to do. So the real issue is around the build, weight, comfort and angle. The build is very dense foam with grates to help traction. The foam surface helps you seat your feet on it and provides grip to both your feet and the floor. You don't want something that'll slip away. Being dense foam it's very strong but light at the same time, so it's surprisingly light. You can easily take it around with you to the gym and stick it in a bag or move it.The angle is pretty standard, there are several exercise/stretch routines that are available online, I have been doing three of them and everything works pretty much exactly like you'd hope it to. I've used a few others and probably like this one the best b/c it's light and so easy to use.
