I am carving in Oak and Walnut using a Wecheer power carver. Needed a spoon gouge and fortunately, flexcut had one. Great fast shipping and the gouge came razor sharp. Did not even need to strop it.

It doesn't, in fact, fit into the palm quick handle as one answered question implied. And it is considerably dull, not the usual Flexcut razor edge. I'm pretty disappointed with the purchase.

Hard to sharpen and the small handle it is inserted into is maybe a little short. Not an experienced carver.

I had to send this back to Flexcut, but they didn't give me a problem about it. It came with a chip in the cutting edge.

works very well for my application; I would highly recomend this tool for some to make deep holes or gouges
