Update: The company did reach out and give me a full refund. I really appreciated that and it does show what a great company they are. In the future, I would try their other products, I felt going up on the stars was appropriate because customer service is huge for me.I tried putting bait and it still doesn’t work. I guess I have some smart flies because they will land on the white box but won’t go near the glue. so I took them out the box. Then I put more bait in the white cups but they won’t go on the yellow glue at all. Just didn’t work for me.

I can't believe how well this product works. I set it up near my houseplants and the gnats just flew to it. I didn't realize I had so many houseplant gnats until I set these up. I did not hang them but stood them on the windowsill next to my plants. Worth every penny!

Had an issue with multiple large indoor plants and flower pots. Either the soil or the plants themselves had some kind of gnat-size swarm. After placing these sticky rolls next to each plant/pot, the big infestation went down to almost nothing within a couple of weeks.

An OK set of fly traps, these are reasonably priced but need to be baited for maximum impact (I baited the traps early today but that has not increased my capture rate). The sales page noted that so I am not criticizing the product, but I only trapped a few flies and eventually purchased some fly spray. I did kill 3 flies with this product so with a little bait and more patience I probably would have gotten my desired results.

Great product! Expensive but work! Will buy more! We have drain flies outside and they seem to hang out at my front door. Hung these out on the porch and they got the drain flies good! Even with no bait. Wish you could purchase a larger pack then just 4.

We have an azalea bush right by our front door that for some reason attracts a crazy amount of flies. If you have kids you know how hard it is to keep the front door shut so the flies were constantly getting in. I bought this trap to see if it would help with that situation and I am super happy with this product. I’ve seen other products I wanted to try but the reviews said they smell bad and have to be 20 ft away. This is hanging right in the bush doing its job with no smell. I will continue to buy this. It def works. Just add some bait to the open tray. See attached photo

I have used this for 2 weeks with apple cider vinegar poured in the bottom cup and top reservoir. If you are searching for ways to eliminate a fruit fly infestation you may have seen my other lengthy reviews for products that worked and didn't.Since this product can be effective but not Efficient without using the steps I described in other reviews, I will only summarize.1. You can't buy at any price point, a magic bullet or product that is effective and efficient without ATTRACTING AND TRAPPING the fruit flies you see and cleaning & eliminating the larvae you can't see which mature into fruit fly about 7 days after the eggs were deposited on any surface. This product and larger ones manufactured or sold by the same seller is only effective if hung or placed very near something containss a sweet liquid mixed with a few drops of liquid detergent. These sticky product can help reduce the infestation by Trapping any fly that escaped from the commercial attractant in an all natural liquid found in a 5 or 6 inch pink-purple jar designed to trap most of the insects. Use of this product to trap any of mature flies is important.A single fruit fly deposits hundreds of larvae every 30 minutes that become new flies within 7 days. So you must eliminate every insect source throughout their life-cycle to end the infestation. To stop this endless cycle you must be rid of those flies you see & the larvae you can't see.Unless there are degrees of fruit fly infestation and I have 10/10, I must replace a unit every 5 days. But since I have spent the whole summer battling these guys, it's worth the money.
