First of all this review is not about the stability of the product or how well it’s made. It’s in the manufacturing and the functioning of the actual control box 1st I gave them the benefit of the doubt by buying a Control that was out of the box but still in new condition Got it shipped and was missing parts and would not go into neutral.Send it back paid full price for a new one everything was in the box but installed it on the boat. Everything worked except throttle forward would not come out of throttle forward unless you yanked on it super hard I like the product, but this is the second one that has been faulty, I believe it is the best well put together product out of the generic mercury throttle controls also one other thing the receiving nut that holds the throttle cable busted loose not even at 25 inch pounds that was another thing
