Bought for the older granddaughter (11) and she loves it. So does the smaller one (5). The amount of clay on its own is amazing that coupled with the tools the vase cost the different colour paint then the top coat makes this one cost effective gift as you literally have everything you need except for the child and their imagination. The youngest rolled her piece out then cut out a face shape use your imagination here folks and then with the different tools was able to give daddy a beard / short hair a set of eyes some eye brows a nose and a mouth in about the right place. The older one who has just started sculpting at big school made her mum a dish for putting her earrings in and rings. Both later enjoyed painting their wares and now both are at their respective homes with proud parents displaying the treasure for everyone to see. A little bit expensive but well worth the money.

Clay did air dry but it was incredibly brittle and all of our pieces broke.

Nice clay kit. Purchased for the 3 grand kids. Just the right amount of supplies for them! They loved it and had fun making their clay shapes, bowls, and statues.

This is a great product - comes with generous clay portions, extensive tools, and easy to follow instructions. My sons and I have spent so much time together building an assortment of projects and learning how to make art. This is a highly quality set - I wish more products on Amazon were like this!

Perfect for a date night or evening with friends. The clay is easy to form and dries the same way you formed it. The colors are bright and the last step of painting makes them shiny. Love it!
