This worked for all of five shutter clicks. Absolutely worthless piece of garbage, it did not fire my remotes after the first two minutes no matter what we tried. Incredibly disappointing, and would not ever recommend.

Works fine, short coiled cord is nice. Only issue is the plug is not the correct size as described in the description, so they added an adapter in the order to make it the correct size. Not the best adapter and having the adapter on makes the cord stick out more than it should which will make it quite easy to bend or break the adapter.

I spent around 2 hours looking for this so simple answer, with surprisingly no results.I can confirm that yes, this cable works 100% with the Canon EOS R5.This is a 2.5mm to C3 (3 Pins) cable.Weirdly enough the Canon manual does not mention what type of connector this camera has. I couldn't find this info anywhere else either... beyond frustrating.Anyways, I did buy this cable, and it did work without a problem. I love it because it's robust, and most of it, SHORT. It is not overly long, which is amazing. The materials feel high quality as well.Hope this helps the ones out there that will find themselves in the same position as I did when they get their cameras.

Great extension wires for your camera to hook up to any equipment that will accept that type of plug and wire. The wire was well made and it seems to be well insulated. Had used it with no issues on my Canon 5D III.

Excellent replacement or second cable for the Pixel wireless remote shutter release. The Pixel release is nice because it does have a removable cord so it can be used for several different cameras merely by changing the cord. As well, the cord is often a failure point for devices like this, so being able to replace it is a great plus.

Well made, it fit perfectly, also the twisted coil is a very good idea it does not interfere with the process hence no dangling cables.
