Was a bit skeptical at first as looked so different from what the fabric stores had, but it’s great. Fast bonding time. No need to hold iron and count seconds. Also it bonds completely the first time. No need iron againto bond missed spots. Well worth the cost. Thinks to the seller for including instructions in product details as none came with the item.

I usually use name brand iron on adhesive for fabric appliqué. This is so much cheaper and when it was offered for review I jumped! What I’m finding is that it holds very tight when ironed on, but leaves surface very stiff. The paper covering is harder to trace the design on to cut out for fusing.I find it to be useful for tight bonding, but on surfaces where soft and flexible result is desired I will continue to use my name brand product.

I just found a new applique film brand! I've used multiple big-name brands (and paid their big prices) over the last few years. This film did a better job than any of those, and with only a 15 second press to the base fabric, then a 15 second press to the applique fabric (cotton setting). Adhesion is solid and strong - even on the edges and corners. Once the film is ironed on the base fabric, removing the plastic from the other side is quick and easy. Sewing/embroidering through it is a breeze with zero residue left on the needle. I'm very impressed with this applique film and would give it 10 stars if I could!

I usually use a different brand of HeatBond; however, I liked the fact that this was only 12". It reallt did not work very well though, so I can't even use it.
