The product is great—sturdy and seemingly more durable than the original. I have a Whirlpool dishwasher, and the included video was helpful. However, the guy in the video made it look easier than it was. Some steps required finesse and force. Once I understood how pieces clicked in, installation was simple. Be careful not to break parts you’ll reuse. Time will tell if it lasts, but I recommend it.

We purchased this item after searching for replacement drawer parts for our Whirlpool Model No. WDT970SAHV0 dishwasher. We couldn’t find in the description that this part would fit, but the part looked the same, despite saying it was for a model with a slightly different model number. My husband installed it, and it works fine.

Good replacement for the original and may actually be better quality. A bit fiddly to do the replacement, but that is on Whirlpool. I kept the second one in case the other original adjuster breaks.

Installed with help from one of the videos posted with the product; youtube may be a bit easier to follow (vid is extremely speedy but ultimately effective). These will certainly last longer than the rest of the dishwasher.

These arrived on time and were quite easy to install. I found a couple videos on YouTube that explained the installation. I only needed one bracket, but of course it comes in packs of two. I had the old one off and the new one on in less than 10 minutes. It works just like the original part but fortunately, now the basket doesn't drop after the drawer is pulled out of the machine. If you have a Whirlpool dishwasher, this brand works well and you won't be disappointed.
