The c-clip used to keep the unit connected to the faucet connector slips easily. Manufacturer should fix this flaw to make it a 5 star product. I will be returning.

Small metal ring under rubber seal is all that holds it together. Ring slipped off and valve came apart. Water was on full and flooded a small area of my yard next to my house.

This poorly assembled fitting failed almost immediately when the hose ferrule detached from the manifold body. On inspection the hose fitting is attached to the manifold body with a cheap ring of wire and not an engineered retaining ring.

Good splitter so far we will see if it survives winter. I like that I can run 1 line to my outside shower, 1 to my hose, and 1 to my outside kitchen

when I first installed it, I tightened the main connector to the tap and it popped off the body. It was only held on by a c-clamp, so not sure how long this will last. It was easy enough to correct, and re-installed, making sure not to over tighten. Otherwise, it's a solid piece, and love the shut off valves. So much better than all the others with their little valves.

It looks sturdy and seems to work just fine. But after attaching it to the hose bib, and bumping it in the slightest manner, Such as when turning of one of the valves, the clip that holds the unit to the threaded piece for the hose bib pops right off, detaching the unit and causing water to run freely. I even fixed it once, assuming maybe it wasn't assembled correctly, and it did it again.

Very good quality and I love the knobs to turn . They are the perfect size and easy to turn every time. I have had others that the knobs were a big problem for me. I had to tap on them hard to turn and my husband had a hard time. These are a keeper and worth the price for me!
