If you buy this product, I hope you are good in logic and puzzle solving. You will need this to assemble the the fittings to the expandable hoses NO INSTRUCTIONS ARE INCLUDED. It's not the normal hose-to-fitting routine. But, if you keep at it, and figure it out, the expandable hose with the new fittings work great...

Beautiful construction! Great Idea to include a valve on a male replacement end. Also, this design does not require that ugly hose clamp everyone else uses….

Very smooth delivery and a after the hose was leaked i was worried. And in amazon all the other hose repair kits were having bad reviews. This was the one with great reviews. I bought this and i am super happy after fixing the hose with this product.

Worked great and I found it easy to use. Just watch the video. I had a 100 ft hose with a hole in it near one end, so I just cut the rubber tubing and installed a new end. So far so good... it works like new.

Make sure the expanding interior hose is 3/8” diameter when relaxed before you order this kit. Also when assembling the kit make sure of two things, #1 place the locking sleeve on the cloth outer covering a few inches past where the cut is so there is cloth exposed for about an inch past the cut end, #2 be sure to place the compression finger piece with the TAPERED end towards the compression sleeve so it will get squeezed against the silicone tubing as it gets tightened. Lastly slide the cloth covering over both the compression fingers part and the silicone hose so it also gets compressed inside the compression sleeve as you tighten it up and the cloth gets anchored to the assembly otherwise it might pull out and the silicone hose will bubble and burst. Take your time and it will fix your leaky expandable hose end…

Good product, all brass except for the compression sleeve. Would recommend to watch one of the videos a couple of times. I recommend to tie a knot in the hose about 12” past the leak. You won’t have to fish for inner water tube through the protective outer hose. Took only two minutes to repair.

Easy to install when you look at the picture. However a video would be great.As well one needs to know about the external tubing and clamp them before you remove the old broken part.Works at the moment. We will see how long it lasts !!!!!

There's a lot of cheap plastic replacement fittings out there, but I always find spending more up front is worth it in the long run. This is a complete set, so I replaced both ends of our X-Hose at the same time.A little awkward to attach but it didn't take long. And a good quality brass/stainless steel ball valve too.
