When I first unpacked it I thought they looked cheesy, but I was so wrong - they are perfect! I shuffled them around a few times to get a very realistic stack and they are terrific. It’s great the way the flames come up between the logs.

After two uses, there is a very disturbing and chemical like odor while flames are on. The logs are already turning black. Not worth your money and definitely not worth your health breathing this in! Don’t buy!

New to having ceramic logs in a gas fireplace, but, I do not think that the logs should be crumbling like this after the fire has been on a few hours. Not sure how long they will last or if they are supposed to be replaced every so often.The logs do retain heat and the warmth can be felt even a few feet away. There is a bit of a smell when the fire is going.The size of logs is nice, though more variety of sizes would be nice.

The 10 logs were smaller than I thought they wwould be for the price. I kept and used them with some ot the used ones ones. Delivery was on time specified

I like that they glow when they get hot. 10 logs was too much for my fireplace. It was difficult to arrange them to get a good flickering flame with 10.
