The first water heater arrived badly damaged in a a carton that was badly damaged so I retuned and reordered. The next one arrived in worse condition and it was an open box, meaning the box bottom had already been cut along the bottom of the box and taped over. I don’t know how they were damaged , but they were unacceptable. They both arrived quickly and I have no idea whether either one worked. I cancelled the order.

We installed the hot water. We have had it for two weeks and have NO HOT WATER. The delivery was fine without a hitch. Getting hot water is a BIG PROBLEM. We don't know what to do. PAT BLEDSOE

Install is very standard and relatively simple. The little clip-type wire connectors I do not think are designed for 10 guage wire. They kept coming loose and likely resulted in destroying the old circuit breaker which required me to completely rewire it to another breaker. I ended up soldering the wires. DON"T USE THE CHEAPO CONNECTOR!
