I use this in the barn where there's no hot water. Now I don't have to run back to the house and carry gallons and gallons of hot water to the barn. It's heats a 5 gallon bucket pretty quickly.

I recently purchased the Immersion Water Heater, and I appreciate the simplicity of the instructions. It’s important to ensure that the entire tube (10.25" tall) is submerged in water while heating. The included thermometer is handy for checking the water temperature without putting any body parts in the water.One key thing to note is that the heater should be plugged into a dedicated wall socket, as sharing the outlet with another appliance could result in excessive power draw. The heater is versatile and can be used in inflatable swimming pools, plastic basins, bathtubs, buckets, and foot baths, but it must not be used in metal buckets or thermos bottles. It’s also essential that you only use it to heat water, not any other liquids.The heater can handle up to 60 gallons of water. For larger volumes, you’ll need two or more heaters. Also, it’s important not to use it for more than 3 hours at a time. After use, you should hang the heater up to dry out the element. It comes with a wire sponge/ball and sandpaper for cleaning the element after repeated use, which is a nice addition.Overall, it works well, but I would recommend carefully following all safety instructions to avoid potential hazards, especially when using it for extended periods or in large volumes of water.

I've looked for water heating systems for my camper van. I have a ln instantaneous propane heater, (so complicate), a solar heater, (keep it aligned with the sun, unsure about temperature) and now this instantaneous heater! This electric heater is perfect for wash water, bathing water, whatever you need. I always try to get an outlet at my camping sites, so this is perfect.You must be attentive with this unit. Keep it totally immersed, don't test water with your hands while it's plugged in, keep kids away and let it cool some after unplugging it and removing it. I heated 52°F water to 120° F in half an hour. This was outside with an ambient temperature of low 40's. The heater comes with a digital thermometer and a little stainless scratchy to keep things clean.This is a great unit for heating water, just don't get to casual with it's use!

It works very well. It doesn’t take long to make the water hot. I’m glad I purchased it. It heats up very quickly and remember when the water is hot enough take the heater out by the top part (black). The metal part with the holes may still be hot you can get burnt it’s really good for my purpose.
