AT 75k btus this water heater has a lot of power for its size. AT the price I would expect more gpms but the btus make up for it.This is a good option for a small single family home, or even better for an rv, skoolie or tiny house trailer. It has more than enough power to handle the demands of a couple of people.In regards to installation and assembly if you are not familiar with working with propane I would probably leave the diy alone. threw it in a travel trailer, so far so good. husband and brother in law installed it, said it wasnt hard to do, took em all day but whatever. heats up water quickly and i really have 0 issues with it. nice having a proper water heater in the trailer now though, got sick of whatever was in there not getting hot at all

Exhaust pipes don't come with the heater. Be sure you order the correct one(s) for your particular situation or use. Mine will be through the wall to outside. You may want your exhaust to go through the roof which requires different sections and fittings. The use of a system to occasionally clean the heater water line is another item you should order separately. I have a 100 gallon propane tank and a automatic tank switch to swap to a different tank if the first one empties out. I will buy a second tank soon.This heater is one of the best available in propane tankless hot water heaters!

Love it. Reasonable price easy hookup and works great for a 2 bathroom house . Up hot is too hot so I run it at 110 degrees

Installed this in my garage. The install was easy and the directions clear. I have used this to wash my jeep in hot water and worked great . As a added plus to jave hot water to wash the grease off your hands and clean the garage floor is very convenient. Value for dollar is great . This is efficient and a quality appliance.

Its instant heating function is very convenient. As soon as the water flow is turned on, there is hot water, and the speed is very fast, so there is no need to wait at all. The maximum flow rate can reach 2.93 GPM, so I don’t feel that the water flow is insufficient when I take a shower or cook. Multiple use points can also be easily satisfied, which is especially suitable for situations where multiple people in the family use hot water at the same time. The 75,000 BTU output of this water heater is very strong, which can stably provide efficient hot water, will not cool down due to excessive water flow, and the performance is very stable. Its tankless design also avoids the trouble caused by the water tank, reduces the problem of scale accumulation, and is more hygienic and worry-free to use.

This ThermoMate Propane Tankless Water Heater looks to be well made and is the same size as the tankless water heater I install 8 years ago in my house. I looked at the other tankless water heaters that this company makes and they all seem to have good reviews. I got this as a replacement for when mine breaks down. Nothing lasts forever and it will be nice to have one on hand when it does go out. This is a great value for this item.
