Great outdoor timerreally works great and designed well for outdoor use.The only thing that was of poor quality was dealing with amazon, and it's extremely poor customer service, and lack thereof. When calling the customer service you end up some place overs seas and it's impossible to understand anyone let alone get your point across without them trying to summarize what you said back to you and it sounds like they have no idea what they are talking about, and have no English speaking skills whatsoever. It is a seriously poor reflection of our times when the man who owns amazon could do so much better for the people he employs and services, as customers. This is such a disservice when you are unable to have a conversation with who should be customer service. This will appear on all reviews because amz refuses to do anything to help or improve the situation for it's customers or own workforce, it's really a shame and a pity.
