It is easy to install. The lock is operated on a rechargeable battery with USBC cable which l like. It is biometric and digital operated lock. Also, there are three different settings for locking the door.

I've recently renovated my children's room and purchased this door knob. I love that it uses an app and your fingerprint as well as passcodes but if there was a power outage I can still lock and unlock their doors manually. I love it and it fits perfectly.

Our kids actually requested these to keep siblings from taking stuff from their rooms. We were impressed with the build quality and features that we bought another for a closet to store things that we didn't want the kids to get into, or stuff that "goes missing". The features are great. My wife and I can access each room with our print or code but each kid has their own access and privacy. Charging didn't take long, and so far the battery life seems great. Installation was simple... and I did 7 doors.

Very decent fingerprint lock haven't had any issues in 2 months, charged the battery once because the battery indicator on the app, doesn't seem to communicate properly, it shows fully charged even after 2 months of use, charging port should be inside, even though it is for access purposes on the outside, makes it a bit difficult to charge without a powering excellent price

Very impressed,works great of course from this being my first smart lock like this it was still easy to figure out !!!! I am only having a problem with getting Alexa to recognize the lock even tho the smart lock ghome smart is connected to Alexa so it a me fault not the app so hopefully I figure it out

I have two of these installed on interior doors. It’s been two months and they’ve worked flawlessly so far. However, I have prepared myself that these will inevitably fail at some point. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next year, but I feel like that’s the nature of this type of product. We shall see, and I have the keys stashed accordingly in case of emergency.They installed easily, worked exactly as advertised. Turns out I already had their app for some other smart plug I had. So far, I absolutely love the doorknobs and recommend. I will likely update this review if I have a problem in the future.I would not install these on an exterior door and don’t know if they’re recommended for that purpose. The technology seems a bit fragile for weather and temperature exposure. I do think they feel like very good quality and design, especially for the price, but seem appropriate for interior doorknobs. Honestly, I expected more cheap imported, knock-off junk from Amazon. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality. I was (sadly) not paid for this review. I would definitely buy from this brand again.I picked these mostly for looks since both doors they’re installed on are French doors and I wanted the most subtle smart option since it needed to look minimally obtrusive with the other knob. Upset doesn't even come close to my feelings. This thing malfunctioned and left me locked in my office for hours. I had to break the thing inside the door knob to get out, I couldn't pick up my husband or kids because of this. If this would if been in my child's room and they would if been stuck for hours I would if sue you. Don't buy this because of it malfunctions in the event of an emergency like an earthquake you'll be dead. If there were negative stars I would give those.
