Works as designed well enough, but the overall build quality is a little disappointing once in-hand.Years ago I bought a similar squid-style power multiplier from a different manufacturer and was very impressed with it's usefulness (being able to plug items in without worry they'll fit in a way that typical power strips may be too cramped to allow for), so I wanted to get some more for another part of the house, and got 2 of these. It was immediately apparent they were not nearly as well constructed. The main shell piece is flimsy enough to squeeze by hand and offers no rigidity. And the 5 wires are NOT flexible when they're the part that SHOULD be. They "stiffly" resist bending into desired directions like other similar products. Not any dealbreaker, they still otherwise work fine. Not sure if this is a distant early warning that they won't last as long as the other squids I have; we'll see.

Set up a mobile office in the back or our RV. This made the mess so much easier, and much more convenient.

I have a few of these. Really like them. It great when the part that plugs in is too large to put a couple in a regular surge protector.

The multiple plug wire make life a lot easier for tools with oversized ends on there power cords.

This is a no-brainer if you have a lot of chunky wall-warts to plug in. I'm coming back to buy another one because I'm out of outlets again. I did consider taking a star off for how damn ugly the thing is, but I suppose this is not a beauty contest.

Cons first. It’s physically bigger than most surge protectors and weighs more. And that’s about it.I bought this one specifically for a trip. Cruise ships aren’t exactly well known for stable power. I clocked multipul skips of more than 15%, drops of 10% or more, frequency variation +- 15% and the occasional 1/2 wave drop out. Bad for electronics. Speaking of which, all of the wall warts and USB plugs get in each other’s way and this is the solution to the problem. A great solution. And if you aren’t travelling the cons don’t count. This design is a must have.
