Had my shoe crack and needed a replacement. This thing was easy to switch in and re-attach and it worked as the flash was intended. Easy and cheap fix.

I was dreading buying a new flash after the plastic ring that locks the hot shoe in place broke, it seemed like a waste. Multiple photo forums and YouTube videos later, I found this solution. I will admit, I was afraid to take anything apart to mess with the inner workings of the flash, but it honestly couldn’t be easier. The tab is difficult to connect but a pair of tweezers and a firm grip do the trick. It took me less than 10 minutes to take apart, remove and then replace the broken piece, and get it back together again. I’ll be buying a few more just to have around in case this issue comes up again. Highly recommend.

Se me rompió la pieza original (cuando la bloqueaba no había manera de sacarlo de la zapata si no era con un destornillador) y he de decir que no confiaba mucho. Llegó la pieza, la conecté y a funcionar como nuevo.
