I bought this after learning this trigger now has the upgraded hot shoe. Godox upgraded hot shoes for many of their flashes so they can fit the newer sony cameras easily but they still don't have one wireless trigger that would fit these new Sonys like their V1S and others fit. So far, I have ordered and returned the X1T, X2T and XProS since none of them would fit. It been many months since Sony has launched the A7iv and now it's time Godox has one trigger which would just fit without needed to put in so much strength that you would damage the camera. The pictures in the description show metal hot shoe then why the product I received has a black plastic hot shoe.

This thing good as. Confusing to set up at first but it’s wicked when you get it. Everything is synchronized. Tranquility. Perfect.
