This towel rack came with a few scratches which we were willing to overlook. It was installed but there is NO REMOTE included and NO WAY ago set a timer or temp as described. All there is is an on off button. The seller was contacted and of no help. Buy something else.

I bought this 1 year ago and worked until about a week ago! no longer heats up.

The whole reason we purchased this rack was to have a rack that thoroughly heats a towel from the bottom, however the top rack of this unit lacks the same heating feature of the rest of the unit. Also the finish is not brushed gold, it is painted with a sparkly gold paint that gives it a cheap look.
