I cannot vouch for the Goodman system as a whole. You can look up reviews regarding their systems all over the internet on your own. I ordered the wrong system and needed to do a return. I am giving this 5 stars because of the outstanding customer service from Dustin (the owner). He went out of his way to be sure I got refunded the amount due, which was actually an unfortunate process. Very fast response times!!
