Would not connect to my work network so I added it to my home network and while it shows up in my Google home app, it does not show up in nest app. Weirdly it still says nest in the top right of camera feed... Probably going to send it back.

Did not sync with my other Nest cameras on the account like it says it can. Wi-Fi issues as well.

Google has developed these new cameras to replace the likes of the IQ model (much better design). More importantly, Google prevents the new cameras to work only withe their Home app and not with the much better and faster Nest app. Who knows what the new biz strategy is but it is definitely bad for consumers. They’ve eviscerated great products like Dropcam and Nestcam in a few years, and it makes me weary of buying any more Google products/services.
