I purchased this model for the different modes it has. The different modes are sequential so you have to cycle through to select the appropriate. A (small?) inconvenience is that once a non default mode is selected but subsequently the alarm is turned off, you have to go over the process again to select a non default mode. It doesn't retain a memory of las mode used. Too annoying to have all those confirmation beeps to cycle through to the 10 second alarm at 10pm before bed...Just using the default mode now.Loud enough as a deterrent or to wake you up.

I installed these on my windows. They are such a simple yet power device. Easy to install. Extremely loud when triggered. Looks cute. Cheap. If you need simple security alarm, use these.

Our teen and his friends give no thought to leaving sliding doors open, air conditioning the State of Florida. When humidity is drawn into the A/C vents, the condensation from cooled air feeds mold and mildew, which grows and spawns. This product is better than me shouting, "Close the door!" It beeps gently until closing. It's easy to set up and install.

If you just want some alarm for window or door, nothing fancy look no further this is the best bang for the bucks. Alarm very loud, easy to install(like two parts and a stickers),some doors due to reses design may need your imagination to stick this thing to.batteries life pretty decent,my back door using the chimes mode,it’s still going strong, and this door is in constant use.Alarm mode take trial and error to figure it out,but once you know it it’s very easy.volume? Is this thing even had a volume function?still i still give’em 5 stars.

Very loud. Only issue sticky pads to attach to windows not really strong, had one fall off and had to use a strong adhesive tape to re-attach to window.

These window alarms are amazingly loud and sturdy. They're compact and not bulky, so they're pretty much hidden where you place them on your window frame and window (see my pictures). The instructions were clear, my order came with 10 alarms with a battery for each and double stick tape for each 2-part alarm. I would highly recommend these. They're affordable and they match our white window frames. I can honestly say, I felt more at ease after installing these. I also got these a few days after I ordered them. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

These little devices are simple to install, program and operate. I ordered 14 in total and all of them work perfectly. They come neatly packaged one per box and are each equipped with a battery. There are 4 alarm types to select from, which are programmed by turning the unit off and on anywhere from one to four times in a row. You must allow the unit to chirp while in the on position before turning it off, then quickly back on, wait for chirp, then off again until you’ve switched it the directed amount of times for the desired alarm. The settings are printed on the outside of the small box they come in.I worried it would not work on my entery doors as upon installation there had to be a small gap as well as a depth difference between the alarm unit and the other piece of the alarm on account of our door trim style but it works exactly as it should. In order to provide increased protection at our windows, I located the alarm portion of the device at the bottom center of the glass itself and put the other piece below the sash on the frame, thinking there would at least be a potential for the alarm to sound in case of glass breakage and it would of course still work as designed if the window were merely opened. This arrangement works well too, even through the two pieces of the unit are separated by the handle to open and close the window. I don’t know why i can’t add pictures but hopefully my description makes sense. I do feel applying it to the glass rather than the frame enhances functionality considerably as window locks generally prevent opening and intruders break the glass in that case.I’ve already recommend these to my daughter who lives alone and would highly recommend them to anyone concerned for being immediately aware of attempted intrusion or of occupants attempting to exit the premises. We used devices similar to these with my grandma who had dementia so she couldn’t wander off undetected. They worked too but were way more expensive than these.I think they could deter a thief even if no one was home to protect the property as many monitored home security devices sound a constant alarm like these sound so who’s to know if authorities have been alerted or not. Sticking around with an obnoxiously loud alarm going off is probably not the best idea regardless of if the homeowner intervenes.

These work just as advertised. The alarm is quite loud, but then you do need to hear it. Just be aware that the distance between the alarm and magnet should be less than 1 cm. I couldn't get my alarm to shut off at 1st, but realized I had the two pieces too far apart. I was able to take them off and reseat them without damaging the unit or the paint. The sticky back did adhere to the glass on my window, but I was able to peel it off easily. I replaced it with double sided tape and everything works fine. I bought the set of 10 but only used two as I am in a small condo and only needed them for the main entry and a window in the kids' room. If I need a replacement, I have plenty on hand and the price was super affordable.

Got 2 packs of these things. Upon arrival (and taking them out of their individual boxes) I discovered that 4 batteries (1 battery per unit) had already exploded or corroded! That really makes me wonder how long the other batteries will last. I mean these don't even come pre-installed so they shouldn't be under that much electrical pressure. They just exploded in their own 0_0Other than that though, they work ok... I'm just left with 4 that I can't use due to bad batteries upon arrival :/ and I can't seem to find these batteries anywhere. At least not 3 in a pack like this. Just planned on making my own since I do, in fact, require all of these to work. Right now I have 4 windows without them :/ if anyone knows the name of these 3 pack batteries, can you tell me in the comments? :D would be greatly appreciated!
