Some Tips Attention:

Support FM broadcast, BUT NOTICE that FM not mean FM radio, JUST for transferring the GPS to your car. Please do not mistaken.
Please complete receiving GPS information from "GPS Viewer" until at least 3 green bar channels are displayed. It usually takes 5-30 minutes to complete. Then please read the user manual carefully before use.
The GPS cannot be updated by itself. You must need to enter our official website to download maps (please refer to the user manual). Other software companies have no authorisation to update. After the map file is downloaded, you will get a RAR file. Unzip it, you will get the [NAVI] folder. Then delete the original map in the GPS and copy the new map to your GPS navigator. We suggest to back up the old map before updating, in case of failing to update the new map.
If were an old people, I think it is complicated for them to use. If were a young people, please read the user manual and description carefully, try more times to use, some settings will be remembered, or teach elderly how to use, finally we found it is easy to use, look like a mini iPad to touch.
How to use Postcode search? When you use the GPS navigation to search distination, the postcode search is within "Find Address" (NOTE: If the postcode contains space, such as "G43 1E8", don't forget to enter a space, otherwise the search will not match.) Bought an excellent GPS on Amazon, cheap, cool looking, good quality, and frequently updated maps. Voice quality is very good and easy to understand. The device is very easy to install.If you drive the car in the wrong direction, it will correct the path. It's accurate even offline and doesn't require an internet connection. I like it very much!

The font in Instruction manual is so small it needs to be read with a microscope which I refuse to buy. I will eat the cost of this GPS and go to eBay. I will not trust and buy as quickly from Amazon again.

This is my first GPS, I used to use my phone before but if no Internet, my phone's map is not working. So I always want a GPS like this. In fact, it works well even it is offline. Plus it is easy to install and would correct you if you go to the wrong place. Also the screen is large, so comfortable for eyes to see.

This product was delivered with inadequate instructions. I tried to get information on YouTube to help as to how to use it. When I finally contacted the supplier it was too late to return it. This is the only GPS I have heard of that will not give you voice instructions as you are driving the route. As far as I am concerned it is totally useless. The only voice instructions it provides is when you are over the speed limit. When I finally got enough information to find out it did not give instructions in route it was too late to do anything about it. This thing is a scam.

We have lived at our address for over 3 1/2 years and our address is NOT found on the GPS although all the other reviewers are stating it is completely up to date for 2024. I went to the website given in the manual to get updates. I got warnings that the site was not secure. Retyped the address same issue. Went from Amazon site to find this item and went to update data. Still listed as unsecured and may allow data to be stolen. I do NOT feel comfortable to download any info with those warnings. I can certainly find my way home in my city. However, when traveling we are not confident that new roads, exits etc are going to be correct. Glad I didn't pay too much for this.

There are pros and cons of this GPSPros - LARGE screen- I found it accurate- Nice mounting kitCons - Takes a little bit long to find satillites to start the route.- There are a lot of extra functions that are not needed on that navigation device.My number one gripe I have about the device is that although it turns on when you turn on the car, you have to touch the screen to get the map screen to come up. All the other ones I've had before always started on the map function.
