Overall- it is very easy to install. The factory radio wiring plugs right in to the supplied plugs of the head unit. No adaptors are needed. I had some minor issues with the fit of radio surround- the size of stabs for installing dash vents were way too thick. Also, the side trim fit very tightly on the new unit, but overall the unit seems very solid and works well so far. It automatically hooks to Andriod auto and my phone without any iasues so far.The supplied directions/manual did not contain the correct passcode to enter settings to get steering wheel controls working. Had to look it up- it is 8888 on my unit, not 1234.

Works great for the price! It has decent sound quality but it lacks power. Just don't buy it for the GPS feature because it's very slow to load the maps, it's almost unusable!

Very poor build quality and was a difficult process to install due to the poor quality.The plastic tolerances are all over the place, with some tabs being too big and others too small.If you apply too much pressure while installing you risk snapping the entire assembly.Screen and resolution is okay, but some delay in input.Okay for price but would not buy again and would not recommend.

la parte de arriba del estereo, no quedaba en un corolla 2009, tuvieron que hacer modificaciones que obviamente costaron mas, me guie porque ahi marcaba era compatible con ese modelo de carro, gasto innecesario

I bought this for a 2013 Toyota Corolla, and it went in like a breeze. The old radio (pictured) was ok, but it only had basic audio Bluetooth. The harnesses that came with it may have fit great with a different setup, but I had to manually bond a few separately which isn’t a big deal. Those two were the steering wheel controls, and the included harness was 20 pin, and the one coming from the car was a 30.I ran into one issue, which was the steering wheel controls or turning on the headlights would short something, and turn the radio off or reboot. On one of the 8 pin connectors I realized there was a white wire that was looping into the steering wheel connector wires, so I chopped it and it worked great.I also installed the included backup camera through the car interior, and it was actually really quick. Most panels needed pop off quickly and it’s a breeze to pipe the wire through.Backup cam quality is great, much better than some stock ones I’ve seen that are too dim. I opted for the 2g version so I think it makes navigating the screens and OS, smoother.Overall it’s a gigantic upgrade in look/feel and it makes me feel like that car is 10 years newer.Cons:- while minor, it isn’t a perfect fit all around the bezel. Up top, there’s a small gap (can’t see it while sitting in drivers seat) where it sets down on the dash.- CarPlay doesn’t start automatically (I’ll update this if I find otherwise). You have to navigate a few screens in to open a “Zlink” App, which boots CarPlay when attached directly or wireless BT.- Wish I could rearrange menu icons (Manfg. If this is possible let me know).
